I'm not sure if this is the correct board to ask this but I recently purchased a 2nd home in Florida and have rented it out for the season (4 months). The rest of the year the home is empty except for when my wife and I can make it there. Question I have concerns whether the home owners insurance policy needs to be amended to reflect the fact that I will have renters in the home?
