Seattle Pioneer writes,I took the British Columbia ferry from the north end of Vancouver Island to the city of Prince Rupert, which duplicates a good portion of the cruise ship route. It's about a 14 hour trip. I had my dog with me, which was confined to the car deck by the ferry rules. Srrounded by nothing but steel, she refused to pee the whole trip. When she finally got ashore she made the shortest powssible trip to a congenial weed to do her business.Dogs are peculiar. I'm guessing that male dogs probably peed on half the tires on the car deck during that trip --- maybe all of them!</snip>I did that same trip on the Prince Rupert-Port Hardy ferry back in 2001 with my dog Lupo (a male). He refused to take a piss anywhere on the car deck, too. He held it until we got to Port Hardy.intercst
