Much to my surprise my only offspring not only applied to some pretty good schools but actually got accepted. We have a budget for a UC education, (about 20k per year including living expenses). The schools we are considering are UCSD, UCI and UCLA. Any thoughts on these? My daughter was also accepted at USC but without a schlorship or grant (so far) the 42k per year tab will probably make me veto this one. The final choice is hers but we would appreciate any insight.
