Selena, I prefer lots of 100 shares because I can calculate what my 100 shares are worth without needing to count on my fingers. Ten and 1000 would work too, 10,000 might pose a problem I have yet to reach :) IIRC some companies require a holder to have 100 shares in order to attend their annual share holders meeting. Something I plan to do some day.
