Thanks for the info re: the links. I checked out 2 of them and will go back and read them all in depth when I have time.

My hubby and I have discussed this and we are interested in body donation for research if we qualify - if not then cremation is the way we prefer.

The main thing is how we treat people when alive and shared memories when they die.

No one should have large debt when a loved one dies. I've been to funerals and some people have tried to show their love for the deceased by going "all out". No one should be judged by the casket, service, et. all. I'm sure that the deceased doesn't care one whit.
