What I have to keep wondering myself is what to do about my position in DVY. I came here hoping for some insight. I go back and forth between wanting to sell because it's at an all time high or wanting to hold because I like the dividends so much and like the upward motion of the holdings so far.

Most of my portfolio consists of stocks I buy low and sell high (or that's the idea anyway). But, I am trying to train myself to stick with some ETFs that I just hold and add to my position on the dips (or when I have extra money) to keep more diversification in my port.

So, is it only me that starts itching to sell when a holding is trading at an all time high? I know most people on this board will probably be more "index investors" that continue to add to their position, but I still want to know what you think (and maybe convince me to do the same).

I normally don't buy into positions that have such a short term history, but I am glad I did on this one. I have held it for over a year, almost since inception.

-noodle (trying to keep myself busy and post on the FOOL tonight since it's Christmas and understandably, I am one of the only ones on here)
