I saw some fiures from a CX customer who buys in many areas in the US. The prices they paid per ton dropped almost 10% from Jan 09 to Dec. 09. In 2010 there will be an additional drop.Combined with the lower volumes and if the above is rue for the average customer it will make for ugly 2010 numbers.However, cement is a bautiful business where buyers typically do not have many alternatives. So from 2011 the situation might look totally different again
