I have placed my house (vacant) n the market using a realtor. 8 days later, I received an offer for the list(appraised) price, but the seller is cash poor & wanted me to pay ALL her costs ($4000). These costs include inspection, points, paper work etc. This seems to place all the risk on my side to eat any non recoverable costs if the deal falls thru. Any thoughts on this sort of deal?? Thanks
