Good job to both our Senators for voting against the Bailout bill. I am in total agreement with Fed Chair Ben Bernanke's "Helicopter" speech that he delivered in 2002 and that we need something to fight the deflationary environment that exists in today's environment, but the current pork filled bill is not the proper way to address it.

If prices are to keep falling, what motivation is there to produce anything? Nothing. In this current recession we are undergoing massive deflation and their is no reason for a company to produce goods in a deflationary environment when, if they produce the same item next year, they are only able to sell it for less?
