can i transfer or roll over or by whatever means my
sep-ira to another person? i am self-employed and make
yearly contributions.
if i can do that, will i be susceptible to a tax consequence? or will the transferree?
the transferree is not a spouse or former spouse(i understand QDROs). can it be a friend, or a child, or
anyone else i know? help. thanks
