what are the rules for it compared to IRA's

especially for pulling out company stock??

currently house is almost paid off
I have about 350k in the 401k

about 120K in company stock.

the rest mine in mixed.

and additional 50k in taxable accounts
20k in IRA's

the match fund for me has a very low price
so I presume I will be pulling it out of there first

expenses run about 18k a year for me.
besides Soc Sec
will have about 1/3 again from the company pension.
I hope to be pretty much retired within 2 years.
My wife will probably be working another 5 - 15 years depending on how much fun she see's me having.
I will be doing some work to keep some earned income going into Roth IRA

I will be 46 this year.
