No jokes here...everyone in the office already took a crack at me for looking into this...I don't know if I can take anymore...

What kind of exercise routine, if any, have people used to aid in their golf game? Other than specific workouts and particular weight exercises, has anyone considered or even used Yoga?

I am reading more and more that the Yoga routine with the laughing very benificial to ones flexability and balance, thus aiding in their golf game.

Makes sense to me? Just don't want to go starting something without getting some feedback from folks who may have tried it.
