Seriously, what do you suppose the penalty for that would be?Well, it would certainly involve impeachment. There were a few calls for impeachment of President Bush when it was revealed that he was wiretapping U.S. citizens without judicial warrants. I imagine that the killing of U.S. citizens without even a warrant (much less any other due process) would justify impeachment if its not a valid exercise of the power of the office. But since the GOP is fully in favor of these types of policies, and the Senate is controlled by the Democrats, I doubt that it's at all likely.Albaby
