It's probably about 27 miles from where I used to live in Union County, TN. And yes, $250,000/year would make you "upper-upper class." Sevierville is where Dolly Parton is from. You can still buy fairly inexpensive land and houses in Sevierville, TN. It probably costs them $24.00/year to renew their license plates every year. No state income tax, no wheel tax, and no emission testing either.
