How do you determine for a specific company how many shares they've had outstanding over time? I want to know how many they had in 2002, 2003, 2004, maybe broken down by quarters as well. I know during my research a few days ago I stumbled onto a page that listed this for stocks, but I can't find it now.

The main purpose would be to see if they're giving out a lot of stock options, diluting their shares, etc.

Here's hoping you can help me :)
