Short answer - Not me

Look we can slice and dice this for profit multi-level insurance model a thousand different ways and the only thing that happens is that "they" will earn/take more money from the system - "Greed is Good - Greed Works"
Rule Number 1
"First Kill the Insurance Companies"
Rule Number 2
"Refer back to rule number 1"

There is only one thing and one thing only that will change the cost curve - i.e. a single payer grub-mint plan a modified MCARE/A model with universal coverage - PAID FOR by increasing the employment taxes assessed and eliminating the ER paid tax benefit and ER insurance costs.

I have no objection to insurance companies offering supplemental plans - but universal base coverage is the only thing that will control them/their market.

Anything less then this is nothing more then smoke & mirrors tm
