I bought some INTC last December. I'm not complaining, it's up over 13%, but the market is up 23% in that time. I'm holding for now and have no plans to sell it before the end of the year, when the gain goes long-term.

The question is whether to sell in January. I have lots of alternatives, frankly few of them in the tech area, where I know next to nothing. Will INTC at least match the market over the next couple of years?
