Really? What %? I, for one, can't imagine using it and not e-filing. It is quite possible that they received more complaints from people saying "I already bought this package, why should I have to pay extra to e-file?" that they decided to include it because their customers were asking for it.

That's why the first suitcase is not "an option."

Ah, but the first bag used to be included and now cost $. So were they screwing us before by including it or now by charging for it? Whichever way they choose, some people aren't happy.

Again, not a big fan of TT. But I don't think including/charging for e-filing is this terrible, to heck with the customer, rapacious move (whichever way they go).
