Based on the tape on the wall, I'd say "no". No problem. But it does depend a bit on the size of the room. You need to be far enough back that you aren't craning your neck to watch. Even with the downward tilt. At first glance that seems too high to mount it (assuming standard 8' ceiling, looks like your TV is as high as 7'), but if you can get far enough back then maybe not.
