Since you are now a non smoker (congratulations!) I would suggest pranayam. 2 or 3 minutes and sit silently for 4-5 minutes. It can also help relieve the urge to smoke.Any meditation takes a commitment. And a schedule. If you can, wake up a few minutes earlier, shower and meditate. Even a few minutes is better than nothing, but don't forget to rest before going into activity. jC
