Since your so hot on a "natural" carb based diet, I recommend you try the "raw" diet. You'll really lose weight then because most of what you consume will pass through undigested.It's apparent to me that you've got your own "religion" and like to argue. I'm glad what you are doing is working for you and sure that if your situation changes you will change your eating habits to get the results you seek if you can.Anyway, I appreciate your sharing who you are. It just doen't have much to do with my own Health and Nutrician. I'm glad we are allowed to make our own choices and each are geting the results we seek.
