I seldom crave anything sweet (probably because I drink enough white wine which converts to sugar!)

I do eat some 85% dark chocolate every other day but it's not at all sweet.

The other day I was in the bulk section of the health food store. (I buy rice, nuts, seeds, oatmeal and other stuff there.) So I bought a few pieces of sesame, nuts and seeds in honey.

Broke it up and had a small piece. Yummy. Then I made a mixture of some whole grain cereal I bought on sale which was a little sweet, some pumpkin seeds, some raisins and a few pieces of the honey/sesame/nuts. Had a handful of that last night when I was looking for a snack.

BTW - I also bought some yogurt-covered raisins which I put in the freezer. It's too easy to eat way too much of those!!!
