So, for every dollar that you put into the Roth 401k, you are losing a free $.50 contribution from your employer. That's a lot of money to not be getting. I don't think that is correct. The employer contribution will just go into a traditional 401k account for you instead of a Roth 401k. You still get the employer match.--Peter
