This means cutting the meat much smaller than you see in most recipes. This also aids me in digestive problems.I can't remember anything else but was wondering what sort of ingredients the foodies here liked. I'm late, but this sounds like a great stew! I often add some fire roasted tomatoes, and I've used wine vs beer, or no alcohol at all, beef broth. Mine often goes in the crock pot. Always ;-)Hunzi
