So I should find another broker for my IRA, Roth-IRA, Margin, and UGMA accounts so as to have one with a similar application for displaying my stocks and their current prices, and so on?Why not? But first I'd contact that broker and ask if they're working on a version that doesn't require Java. Many web sites that formerly used Java have since switched to HTML5 solutions. One of the drivers behind this is the fact that Java doesn't run on iPads and a nontrivial number of people browse the web using iPads. Furthermore, the demographics of iPad users makes them highly desirable to stock brokerages.Do they have an iPad app? If so, that may be a hint that an HTML5 version is in the works.
