So it would be public record that those two people were originally beneficiaries, and no longer are. Depending on your state's laws, they may have to be served with any required notices of proceedings, and who know what else. But if you just write a new will and leave them out of it, they're out of it.


Bill, I agree as a re-write would take them out of it forever and should be smooth sailing after that.
