So when exactly are you going to FIRE? It seems like you are already there!

The Quicken total takes into account equity in our house, our actual investment savings is closer to $700k. I'd like our savings to be closer to $2M before I pull the trigger since we still owe $180k on our house and we have a 5yo daughter.

My estimates based on past performance & contributions put it at about 9 years. I guess I can take the line out of my spreadsheet "Date to $1M" :)

It's kind of funny, we've reached this huge milestone and I feel like I can't tell anyone face to face, I'd rather be modest about the whole situation. Oh well, I can always share here.
