So you live in Cape May. My fondest memories as a child were traveling by boat from Old Point Harbor in Hampton, VA to somewhere in NJ, and winding up in Cape May for a week. As you probably know, those who live on the Beach (Va Bch in my case) do not vacate there. Rather, we went to either Cape May or Myrtle Beach. This was every other year. The other years, we straddled travel to either NYC to watch Yankees' games in the summer or Radio City Music Hall and FAO Schwartz at Christmas time. There is nothing like NYC at Christmas. If one does not have the Christmas Spirit before the trip, they certainly will have it after.

What wonderful memories.

I keep telling people down here in Columbia, SC that they REALLY need to visit Cape May. Not many take my recommendation. Their loss.....
