It seems like it is taking FOREVER to get my house organized and looking good. I did make some progress this week.

I got a real bed for the spare bedroom. Stashed the window fans underneath until the weather warms up.

Went to IKEA and got a really nice looking table top for my improvised desk (this replaces the 2'x4' piece of plywood that went on top of the 2 small spray-painted file cabinets.) I also decided I can't really deal with IKEA and the milling crowds of people in it. This is the second time I have been there and when I got out of there I felt like my brain was fried.

And today I took the old mattress to the dump and recycled about 9 bags of paper.

Now I have to get rid of some 95% of the stuff - mostly paper - I took out of the spare bedroom so the guys could set up the bed in there. I am motivated. It is the only way I can get my sewing area back.
