Sorry another question: what does the thing do if a step gets 'missed' in the activity sequence? Say it tells the DVD player to power on and you are holding the remote a little out of sight of the DVD's sensor, and the DVD does not actually power on. How does it (or do you - is there a setting for a known "home state") recover? You hit the help button and it asks you questions:Is the TV on? (yes/no)... hit yesIs the DVD player on? (yes/no) hit noit then sends an on command to the DVD player and asks:Did that fix the problem? (yes/no)Answer yes and you're done. It's a very smart remote.
