Sorry for making a joke of your serious matter but I couldn't resist. Anyway, the bike is not yours to sell. It belongs to the leasing company. They have the title. A lease is sort of like rent, it doesn't convey ownership. There is no easy way out. If you want to sell the bike for $3000 you have to buy out the lease and make up the difference somehow.
