Sorry for the confusion. Retired, yes, as of a few months ago, with no income coming in since then but still will be doing my tax returns for 2017 for the S corp, including paying wages to myself. I will later consider if its worthwhile keeping the S Corp by possibly doing some part time work showing income flowing through.

However, thx Peter, you have really answered what I needed to know. Don't believe there will be any tax savings worthwhile at the end of the day. So will just have to keep a low level of income under 25K and live off my savings.
