Sorry, should have been more clear. The All-Bran box. You want the original All-Bran, not the Bran Buds.

The recipe might be in small print down low on the side, it is on some boxes. It only takes a few minutes to make these and they are so very very good, and stick with you all day long. (the are both much tastier and a longer-lasting breakfast than muffins from a box mix) No mid-morning munchies when you eat these, and if you are in a big hurry you can eat them in the car with no need to go to a drive through.
