I can certainly understand that. But what I was looking for was a simple example so that I could follow the transaction. I certainly don't expect you (or anybody) to drop their financial drawers in the folder. But at times, an example with fictional names, stock prices, etc. help to clarify the issues.

But it looks like KAT in Chicagoland provided you with more detail in his post. Check it out and see if that fits the bill.
