Sounds like a good practical regimen you can do anywhere in a short time. It addresses all the major muscle groups...

Would be nice to also deal with a few of the "minor" ones that really add to appearance like biceps and calves. But everything is a tradeoff versus time in the real world these days.

About the only exercise I do nowadays is push-ups, with my feet up on a chair and my hands in fists (not flat) to get extra work. 20 of those only takes two minutes in the morning. I might try this Nerd circuit to get more balance, it seems so practical.

I've taken up barefoot or flat-soled walking which strengthens the lower leg and foot through everyday activity. I used to run a lot but that time issue did me in.

Once a week I ride a horse for an hour, not sure if that counts. Dancing would be good but there goes that darn time thing, again.

Would love to spend more time at it all but too many demands to balance. Nerd workout I could squeeze in somewhere.
