6-1/8****) TO ACCUMULATE FROM HOLD... Mid-sized airline
appears to have finally shaken off ghost of ValuJet, its
predecessor company... Passengers are flocking back to
AAIR, which serves 31 cities... traffic climbed 7% during
1st half of 99 even though capacity was essentially flat...
AAIR will begin to ramp up capacity in September when it
takes delivery of first of 50 new Boeing 717 jets... New
aircraft will be 20% cheaper to operate... Lifting our '99
EPS estimate to $0.55 from $0.20, and '00's to $0.80 from
