Speaking of SUVs, has anyone heard of the new book by Bill Maher called (I think) "If you ride alone, you ride with Bin Laden"?

It seems Maher is making the (quite correct point) that by being dependent on foreign oil we help fund terrorism by sending money to the middle east. Do you think anyone will stop to think about how our day to day activities (like driving) affect our foreign policy/relations? Doubtful.

For the record, Bill Maher usually drives alone, but drives a hybrid electric vehicle that gets over 50 miles to the gallon, so we can forgive him.

Just found a link for those who are interested: http://www.safesearching.com/ridealone/home.shtml
