PFOAs are used in the manufacture of fluoropolymers. They are found in a lot of products including Teflon. Something like 95% of Americans have PFOAs in their blood. There is controversy about the level of health risk, means by which they are entering our bodies, and what constitutes a safe level. PFOAs are not well known to the general public but I suspect that we will be hearing more about them soon.

I'm not suggesting selling Dupont based on this but it bears watching. Hard to make predictions about how it will play out in terms of possible liability but you know that there is someone itching for a class action lawsuit. 95% of Americans is a LARGE class. I'm curious if this board thinks that this is already priced into the stock.
