SSA owes me that money, they owe it to me as a monthly benefit when i retire. That is the law in which SSA was founded.

Actually, it's not. SS was founded as a welfare system for old people. It's been sold by the politicians over the years as a retirement system, but it was never funded, invested, or taxed as such. (It's pretty recently in the life of SS benefits that any portion has been subject to income tax.)


no matter how you look at it, the fact is my money is in there.

This is true of all taxes. When society as a whole decides that its going to do something, there are some who will pay more than they receive and some who will receive more than they pay. The alternative is complete, absolute, theoretical communism.
