Standalone apps aren't affected by your browser settings.So far as I know, there's no automatic way to enable Java on a site-by-site basis.However, the enable/disable happens immediately, as soon as you click the checkbox.So when you visit those sites, you can:1. Open preferences,2. Enable Java, and leave the preferences window open.Then, when you're done, just disable Java again.You might be able to create an AppleScript or Automator action to do this.
