Steven - In addition to the house thing and the car thing, have you thought about the charity thing? Look at the schools in your community. Will they be ready when the eggs hatch? Or local arts, or maybe even the poor folks in town. You are off to a great start at 25, but have you thought about where you'd be now if people hadn't built the college you attended, or started the summer camp you went to, or the youth athletic league that was the place you learned teamwork? Retirement planning can't start too soon, but neither can habits of smart giving. Happy Holidays.
