Wasn't that nice of the C.E.O and others involved, that instead accepting the $24.00 per share offer, they kept negotiating and then accepted $20.00 per share.
Looks as though the C.E.O, and others, ended up with the $4.00 as perks for themselves. No facts of course, just my personal opinion. When WALB made it's first move upward, I checked the boards for any kind of news, and found nothing. Shortly thereafter it was up to $19 11/16. I lost $ on this stock.
