I sold all stock purchased through and ESPP from July 1998 to April 1999. The capital gains were small, but the fact that I purchase it at a 10% discount made it worth while (I paid income tax on the former employer contribution). My question is how do I figure out the basis for the stock. I purchased 3 to 8 shares every two weeks for 10 months.
