stopped being a long some 5 years ago. Not sure if there is any hope for RMBS anymore until they finally put that spoilation issue to rest.

as long as that lingers, there will be few deals and the threat of having to rescind ones already made.

This is not to say RMBS doesn't have great IP, but unless its actually adopted and licensed, it doesn't pay their bills or create an interest for new investors.

mercy, who would have thought back in 2000 that in 2012, this would be the outcome.. I know this outcome wasn't one many on this board way back when had envisioned.
