I made a chilled soup for my Mom and MIL recently. Everyone went back for seconds.Ingredients 2 pints strawberries 2 cups plain yogurt 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup water 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom Directions1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water and cardamom. Puree until well mixed.
