It is now 30 days that I have not lost weight. I am on OWL. My weight is day I am 156, the next day I can be 158 and back down the next day to 156.5. I believe it must be water weight. I am not eating any more carbs than I was when I lost weight, but I did add the Atkins candy bars and they have a lot of calories. Sadly, I guess I have to stop eating them. I think one of the problems may also be the Tamoxifen. Anyone else on this drug?

I also find that I am better off with chicken and seafood. Beef and pork kind of stick to the ribs more. And one of my favorite snacks is hard salami rolled up over some creme cheese...probably also too many calories. Anyway, I have got to get out of this rut! Better make some hard boiled eggs tomorrow for snacks.
