Ok, maybe this will get their attention, as the "feedback" link does not work I must post info here.

I was taken to the Motely Fool Tax Center by a search link when trying to find info on cap gains. Trusting the Fool completely, I went there first over other links. Only after reading a number of interesting articles for 30 minutes or so did I get the feeling something was wrong. I went back and checked other sites, and sure enough the Fool was completely wrong and outdated. Only then did I notice that the index page had a date of Oct 11, 2002. Their articles on cap gains rates and other issues were based on the tax act of 1997, which is completely overridden by the tax relief act of 2003.

So how can the Fool allow this stale data remain on its site? What if fools follow the Fool's advice, can they sue? This really tarnished the reputation and integrity of this site in my eyes. Why wouldn't they at least check each Jan 1 and verify validity based on new tax laws.

Motely Fool, please answer me and fix this!
