Sure, not a daily treat, but if I'm going to "cheat" these taste good enough to qualify as such without tanking the lifestyle. And they are good enough to put out on the table for guests should crackers be required.

Been eating low carb for over 15 years and recognize the need to expand your carb content from time to time. On any given day I can easily double my net carb count with no negative impact, as long as it isn't every day. This product is for those days.

Last night made these dinner with a salami and provolone snack pack, coupled with crudites that were left over from snacking on my 6 hour car drive, (something I have to do 4+ times a month.) That with a glass of red fit the bill perfectly.

Probably worth stating that I am a low carber for the health benefits, not just looking to lose weight. This is the way I eat, not a temporary thing. YMMV.
