Hello fella Fools! My place of work is switching from a Profit Sharing Plan to a ERISA 404cPlan. Which basically means that instead of the big-wigs deciding where to invest the money, each individual is responsible. Fidelity will be the plan's investment provider. To start with, my profit sharing balance has been transferred to a fund based on my retirement date. It will stay in that fund unless I decide to move it. I have 13 options to choose from and I can invest in any combination of them. Due to the size of the plan, no other fees will be charged except fees that are built into the mutual fund. Here are the funds:Managed Income Portfolio II - stable value fundSpartan US Equity Index Fund (FUSEX)Neuberger Berman Focus Trust (NBFCX)Warburg Pincus Capital Appreciation Fund (CUCAX)Neuberger Berman Genesis Trust (NBGEX)Phoenix-Engemann Small & Mid Growth Fund, Class A (PAMAX)Fidelity Diversified International Fund (FDIVX)Fidelity Freedom Income Fund (FFFAX)Fidelity Freedom 2000 Fund (FFFBX)Fidelity Freedom 2010 Fund (FFFCX)Fidelity Freedom 2020 Fund (FFFDX)Fidelity Freedom 2030 Fund (FFFEX)Fidelity Freedom 2040 Fund *Current Fund* (FFFFF)Here is the dilemma: My wife and I work at the same place! What is recommended on how we should invest? I'm leaning toward one staying with the current Freedom Fund and one switching to the Index Fund. Where is a good place to look at these funds and compare them? Any advice is appreciated!
