I"m not sure what seller notes are...but RICK will be issueing some at 9.5% for buying more business properties, mostly in Texas. I have no idea if they will be publicly traded or not. RICK is not for everyone. I do not own debt or equity from them. Number one, I'm not sure about the honosty of folks that have businesses in this industry. But if interested, check it out. Recently reported 3rd quarter earnings way up over last year. And if nothing else, makes great cocktail party conversation when the topic of investments comes up...or if you're in polite company, a real conversation killer.
